Sten & Vägarbeten is one of Värmland's largest earthworks and construction companies, with roots dating back to the late 1950s and currently operating since 1971. With around 50 employees, we carry out larger earthworks for municipalities and authorities according to LOU, as well as assignments for private actors.

The business is organized into several specialized departments for fencing, larger contracts, and smaller ongoing earth projects, which gives us broad expertise and makes us a complete and reliable partner in earthworks and construction.

Excavator Operator Wheeled & Tracked

We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated excavator operator to join our team in Karlstad at Sten & Vägarbeten AB. Our fleet includes both wheeled and tracked excavators, so please specify your knowledge and experience in your application.

About the job

As an excavator operator with us, you will have a free and varied job where you can independently plan and execute your tasks. You will be an important part of our team and contribute to solving problems quickly and efficiently. We appreciate initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and a competitive drive, while also valuing collaboration and good relationships with colleagues.

Your tasks

• Operate and work with an excavator
• Assist with tasks outside the machine as needed.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 3 years of experience in various excavator work.
• Excavator operator license.
• Valid B driver's license.
• Flexibility to work outside the machine as needed.

Meritorious

• Experience with excavation systems and GPS, as well as comfort using them.
• ADR certificate.
